FoodTruckCages.com was created by the team behind Custom Concessions, a custom food truck builder based in Wilmington, Delaware.
For nearly a decade, we've designed and built commercial food trucks and concession trailers for customers across the United States. Every truck has taught us something, and every project has helped refine the way we build.
Along the way, one product kept getting attention: the propane tank cages we fabricated for our own trucks.
As more customers began asking if they could purchase those cages for existing trucks and new builds, we realized there was an opportunity to make them available beyond our own shop.
That's how FoodTruckCages.com began.

We didn't start by looking for products to sell online.
We started by building food trucks.
Everything we offer is rooted in the same fabrication experience we've developed through years of designing and building commercial kitchens on wheels. The products we sell aren't separate from what we do. They're part of it.

That means paying attention to the details, using quality materials, and taking the time to fabricate products that reflect the standards we've built our reputation on.
If we wouldn't install it ourselves, we won't sell it.
